EP-SC paste is applicable in the processing of gray cotton & Hosiery cloth for the textile industry. It is applicable on cotten, hosiery, and both synthetic and blended materials. EPSC paste will reduce the usual prolonged treatment time of de-sizing, scouring, bleaching, mercerizing and whitening to just one simple process. It will ensure a uniform penetration and a higher yield of dyes. Additionally, EPSC paste aids in the removal of both water soluble and insoluble impurities. |

- Shortens the process of scouring / bleaching / desizing to just one process at 70 to 90 oC for 2 hours and drain out.
- Time saver - The normal scouring and tinting process of 12 - 16 Hours can be cut down by 3 - 4 hours with EP-SC liquid
- Water saver - Nearly 700 – 1000 liters of water is saved as one process of oxalic and caustic has been eliminated.
- Fuel saver – As one process taking 12 Hours (mercerizing) is eliminated out of 16 hours regular process, which means that temperature level of up to, 90 oC is not required.
