EP-2 is a flocculating and oxidizing agent that is comprised of 17-25% oxidizing agent. EP-2 finds application in electroplating, and explosive industries.
It is administered by preparing a 1% up to a 10 % solution of EP-2 with water. Appropriate dosage of this solution to be given based on the quality and nature of the effluent. |

The specialty of EP-2 over other comparable chemicals is in its ability to reduce Cyanides without neutralizing wastewater. It is an Environment Friendly product and does not pollute the environment, and gives better results on Chemical Oxygen Demand (COD) and Biochemical Oxygen Demand (BOD). |

EP-2 gives promising results on parameters such as pH, hardness, total suspended solids etc. as per environmental standards. Since, EP-2 is in liquid form, it does not form its own sludge. Thus, the quantity of sludge produced during treatment is considerably reduced in comparison with comparable industry methods used. |
