EP-D is a very versitile decontaminant that can be used for the purposes of disinfection/sterilization, bleaching, deoderizing/decolorizing, and acts as a superb cleaner.
PROBLEM:
Milk traces in vessels & processing equipment generate fungus, algae, microorganisms, etc on the surfaces. To decontaminate the equipment & vessels they are washed using a caustic solution. To remove caustic solution from the surface of vessels, acids (i.e. nitric + sulfuric acid) are used to wash the vessels. This involves a series of washings, up to 6 times. Also use of acids and alkalies leads to corrosion of the surface of vessels at a fast rate.
SOLUTION:
EP-D which is neutral in character and suitable for cleaning milk vessels & processing equipment. Our product, EP-D is a neutral based product, so no additional chemicals (i.e. acids) are required. A simple follow up water wash is sufficent. The process time of cleaning up is significantly reduced.
Add EP-D @ 1.5 g/ltr ↓ 10 minutes wash with water ↓ Heat to 100о C ↓ Remove water ↓ Treat with clean water |

The application of EP-D is very simple and efficient, in that it reduces the time consumption for cleaning large vessels. Additionally, the volume of water required for cleaning purposes is reduced substantially. |

Caustic and acid treatments reduce the life of vessel as these treatment chemicals react with the surface of vessels and corrode the surfaces. However, by using our chemical,EP-D the life of the equipment is increased substantially . The cost of chemicals supplied by Inventive Solutions, LLC, is also comparable to the present cost of chemicals used in equipment and vessel cleaning. |
